The Apartment of Asinelli , Garidsenda and Trebisonda are situated in the heart of the city, draw close to the two main towers of Bologna Asinelli and Garisenda, in the XIV century antique "palazzo" called Casa Lupari, from the name of the noble family who built and owned it in the past.
It the Palazzo there is also a tiny Chapel dedicated to a Saint called Ludovico Morbioli who lived in this house from 1470.
GARISENDA (2/4): This luxurious apartment has been very recently accurately restored and newly elegantly furnished. It is situated in the heart of the city, draw close to the two main towers of Bologna Asinelli and Garisenda, in the XIV century antique "palazzo" called CASA LUPARI, from the name of the noble family who built and owned it in the past. The original wood parquet and the wooden 1400 frescoed ceilings, would give to this apartment a touch of magnificence even without its antique fornitures. The ensemble is very cozy and warm. The main entrance gives to a spacious living-room with a chimney surrounded by a sofa and two armchairs, TV, and a writing corner with a double sofa-bed. A wooden stairs brings the guests to an elegant dining room on the left side, and to the entrance of the kitchen to the opposite side of this second room. The whole room is very bright.
The kitchen is separated by a wooden door, and a little wooden window on the opposite wall gives the possibility to pass by the food from the kitchen to the dining room. The kitchen is spaciuos and fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing-machine, microwave, saucepans, glasses, dishes, cutlery. There is a very cozy locker decorated with an elegant trompe-l'oeil where all the kitchen settings are keeped. A nice "breakfast corner" makes this spacious room more pleasant.
From the dining-room you can reach the night area of the apartment, where the main sleeping room is.
Passing through a wooden door you can find a bathroom on your left and the large, decorated, double room straight in front of you. The bathroom is covered by elegant ceramic decorations and it is fully equipped with bath tube.
The wall of the double bedroom are decorated with roses and a beautiful glass wall cupboard gives to the whole room a sense of more space and light.
The entire apartment has a modern system of self-managing heating, so the guest can control it by himself.
ASINELLI: The Asinelli is a small apartment ideal for two guests, but eventually suitable for 3, thanks to a small second living-room in wich there is a sofa-bed. Very panoramic, it is on the last floor of Palazzo Lupari, with a tiny terrace on the main living-room, giving on a nice view of the Asinelli Tower. The entrance gives to a large room in wich there is a kitchen-corner and a closing dining-table. The kitchen is small but fully equipped: fridge-freezer, mini dish-washer, microwave, saucepans, glasses, dishes, cutlery and all the kitchen settings. An antique wooden desk gives the possibility to have a working place. From this room you can reach the other rooms of the apartments. The sunny living-room is very comfortable and full of light. With 2 sofas and its Persian carpets, it gives a very warm and peaceful atmosphere. Although in the City Centre, this apartment is very quiet and far from the sounds of the street. In the living room there is also the TV. The second smaller living room is useful to host a third guest also. Although little, also this room is full of light. The wall of the double bedroom has beautiful antique fornitures and the comfort of a home room. The bathroom is very comfortable and elegant.

TREBISONDA: In the opposite side of the Palazzo Lupari main entrance, there is a small private road called Vicolo TREBISONDA from which the apartment itself get its name. A security door keeps our guests safe. Very recently restored and furnished with elegance, it is more a loft than an apartment for its peculiar shape. The elegant blue sofas become very comfortable double beds to host two guests, or a couple with a maximum of two children. Antique paintings and an antique sideboard containing kitchen set give to the room a touch of elegance. In the room there is also a dining table suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. In a corner of the room, a modern wooden "cupboard" hides a small but fully equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen there is a hob with 4 fires, the electric oven, a frigo/fridge, , sink and dish drainer. You will find also many pans and cooking settings. From the living room you get to a vestibule with a very spacious cupboard and through an arch you get to a small but comfortable independent room with a single bed. From the vestibule, there is also the entrance to the spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, wc and washing machine. The apartment has also independent heating and air conditioning.
