There are patio doors leading onto the covered veranda and the lounge has views over the pool and large garden. The property comprises of a well equipped spacious farmhouse style kitchen, comprising of a gas cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There are original exposed oak beams to the ceiling and rear door leading to the covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Bedrooms
2 double bedrooms are accessed from the main hallway and are situated on the first floor. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and a variety of bedroom furniture. Bedroom 2 includes a double and 1 single bed, and a variety of bedroom furniture. (extra bed available if required, also cot and pushchair)

Bath with over bath shower, WC, and wash hand basin.
Garden
Exit the kitchen or lounge onto a large covered veranda overlooking the large 1 acre south facing private rear garden with countryside views and planted with a variety of flowers and shrubs. The PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL is a 9.1m x 6.1m figure 8 pool which is fenced for child safety and maintened at a comfortable temperature throughout the season (no more chilly dips in the pool). Also there is a barbecue, sun loungers, chairs and tables. Garden games are available such as badmigton, bowls, bats and ball, etc.
Local Surroundings
The property is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bosset which has a bar and small shop and is in easy reach of Bergerac and the airport. The area boasts a number of local restaurants to suit all tastes and there are a number of leisure parks within easy reach for horse riding, swimming, canoeing, fishing and cycling. There are lots of fetes, brocantes and festivals in the surrounding villages to visit and the coast at Royan and Arcahon are only a couple of hours away.
Dordogne: The Region
Dordogne is in Aquitaine but has borders with Poitou-Charentes, Midi-Pyr�??�?�©n�??�?�©es and Limousin, and there is much to see in every direction. Bordeaux, the regional capital is a grand city in every way. It has imposing public buildings, great hotels, restaurants and sporting facilities. To its south lies the resort of Arcachon, and several others on this C�??�?�´te Argent, which has the longest beach, the highest sand dune and some of the best surfing in Europe. Bergerac is also well placed to visit the historic seaports of La Rochelle and Rochefort or to explore the hills, forests and lakes of neighbouring Limousin or the medieval towns of Lot, like Rocmadour. Golf courses in striking distance of Bergerac are the Golf de Castelnaud, the 9 holes Golf Agen Bon-Encontre, the Golf d�???Albret, Golf de Barthe, near Marmande, 9 holes, the Golf de Casteljaloux and the Golf de Marmande.
