The first floor features a built-in dinette, along with a breakfast bar, and dining table...great for family game night, plus a well equipped kitchen, a 3/4 bath, a large living room equipped with an electric fireplace, and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Ascending the wood lined staircase to the second floor brings you into a sleeping area with one twin sized bed, adjoined by one bedroom with one set of hand-crafted bunk beds, (the lower bunk is a full size!) a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a sitting area, a walk-out balcony overlooking the well kept grounds, a walk-in closet, and a 3/4-bath...all tastefully done! Just outside the front door is a nice deck with a picnic table, a gas grill, and an outdoor HOT TUB. The added bonus is that this family cabin is located right across the street from the community tennis courts, and other common area recreational amenities. This monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children?s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
