Quiet lush garden walkways invite you to walk throughout the 3 floor complex. Our condo is on the 2nd floor and the lanai has an oceanview where spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed. The complex has a nice swimming pool spa and BBQ area for renters and owners to utilize. There are also tennis courts and a putting green on property.

It is a short walk through a greenbelt area to the beach. The beach is nice for early morning walks or for a refreshing swim. There are many popular beaches and snorkeling areas within a few miles of the condo. There are also great restaurants shopping centers and a local flavor in Kihei. The complex is located 20 minutes from the Kahului Airport.

The condo is tiled throughout and most appliances are new. There is a washer/new dryer new refrigerator with ice-maker in the condo; along with any of the utensils and a few extra ammentities; like books & games.

There are tropical hand-painted areas throughout the condo. We have a large framed Map of Maui on the wall for ease in locating areas on the entire island.

We have a Queen sized bed in the bedroom with a large closet. The sofa-bed in the living room is also a Queen. The complex has adequate free parking for owners & guests.

Our on-island Manager provides necessities and uses top of the line sheets & towels. Beach Towels are also provided. They meet and greet you at the complex and provide the Aloha Spirit.

We reside in Colorado and have owned our lovely tropical home since July 1999.
