Nightly Rates are a two night Minimum
We will confirm reservations by e-mail. Prepay of weekly rental amount plus a refundable $150.00 security deposit as well as any pet fee must be made with in 7 days after reserving your choice of available dates. Personal Checks and Money orders are accepted. Your security deposit will be cheerfully refunded to you within ten days after check out provided there are no damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning requirements or late check-out. The security deposit is also fully refundable if the reservation is changed or canceled. The pre-paid rental amount is not refundable. You will receive a payment remit address, if paying by mail, when the e-mail is received reserving the desired rental week and or night (2 night minimum).
*Renters must be a minimum of 21yrs old
*NO groups under 21yrs old
*No refunds or rain checks for the weather conditions, late arrivals, early departures or unforeseen breakdowns and or circumstances
*NO smoking in the rental (there is a large deck for that)
*Maximum occupancy of 7 persons is not to be exceeded
*Check-In Time is after 4pm Eastern time on Saturday
*Check-Out Time is prior to 10am Eastern Time the following Saturday
