LOCATION

The apartment is located in Madrid's center, very near Puerta del Sol. This is Madrid's main commercial, entertainment and dining area. The city's main sights, museums, and shopping zones are nearby. Madrid's best dining and nightlife areas of Huertas, La Latina, and Chueca are all within walking distance. Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, the Prado, and the Royal Palace are all less than one kilometer away.

DESCRIPTION

The apartment has a stylish, modern decoration and is in excellent condition. It has two balconies and is very sunny, on the third floor of a building with elevator. The building is more than a hundred years old, but it was completely renovated in 2004 to incorporate all modern amenities while preserving its ancient facade and structure.

The apartment is 50 square meters large and accommodates up to 4 people. The independent bedroom has two single beds with quality mattresses that can be pulled together to make a king-sized bed, and a closet. The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed with a firm, quality mattress. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

AMENITIES

The apartment has a computer with free internet ADSL connection, 21-inch TV, DVD and movies. You can also bring your own computer and connect to the Internet via WiFi or ethernet. There is a telephone with free incoming and local calls.

The apartment has air conditioning and individually-controlled heating. It has a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and drying rack. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes, and cooking pots and utensils. Complimentary coffee and tea are included.

Fresh linen and towels are included. The apartment is completely cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning and change of linens is available on request for 35 euros.

Small pets are allowed for additional 10 euros per day and a 150 euro refundable security deposit.

RESERVATION POLICY

Minimum rental period is 3 days. Prepayment of 25% is required to confirm the booking. Once we receive your booking request we will send you via e-mail an invoice with instructions to make the prepayment online with credit card or with bank transfer. The balance shall be paid in cash upon arrival. On arrival a 150 euro security deposit in cash is required. The deposit will be refunded on departure if there are no damages.

Any change of dates will be accommodated subject to availability. The pre-payment is not refundable but can be applied towards changed dates of accommodation subject to availability.

Check-in time is 15:00. Check-out time is 12:00. These times are flexible if there are no other arrivals or departures on the same day. Please notify us of your arrival time and we will meet you at the apartment. We will also meet you at the apartment for check-out at a pre-arranged time.
