This 2 bedroom Villa with sea views is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 10 minutes from Alicante airport. in a quiet location and away from main roads. Less than 12 minute walk or 2 minutes drive to the blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Ground Floor

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with settee, coffee table, glass cabinet, TV with UK Sky channels.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, mircowave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, two bedside cabinets and a built -in wardrobe and fan. Sun terrace with table, chairs and view of the sea.

Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and a built - in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.

Main bathroom with shower, spa bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Large Roof terrace with table and chairs, stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding country side.

Front patio area with off road parking

Close by and well within five minutes walk, you will find Supermarket, Restaurants where you can find Engish and Spanish cuisine. There are bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. And 5 minute drive there is a new commercial centre with three Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and Banks.

The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Within 15 minute walk you have the choice of one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Within 40 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 25 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses.

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
