The Roney palace Oceanfront beach condominum, is located with-in walking distance to world famous, south beach, convention center, museums, restaurants,hottest night clubs, best local bars, outdoor trendy cafes and specialty designer boutiques. The hotel is formal amd upsale, with easy access to the ocean and sandy beach.

The clientele is a mix of U.S. and international travelers, with 80 percent vacationers and 20 percent business traverlers.

Guest can venture onto the wide stretch of beach adjacent to the hotel. The water is warm almost year around. While the sand on most of the beach, rear of the building it is hard-packed and perfect for jogging or walking. There's also a popular boardwalk that's great for strolling or people watching.

The studio condo sleeps 6 people and is 600sq feet. There's a balcony with city view, its fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, eating and cooking utensils, cable, dvd/cd/am/fm stereo, walk-in closet, iron and iron board, make-up mirror, linens and towels provided, laudnry mat on floor, covered valet parking, 24hr security, heated olmpic size pool with lounge chairs and tennis court.
